"He is the image of the invisible God, the first born of all creation. For by Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.-" Colossians 1:15-17
- Do you believe God has designed all the elements composing your tests? Explain why or why not?
The passage, "Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted there by the devil," has made me thinking. Jesus didn't just randomly get lost in the wilderness to get tempted. He was led by the Spirit to be tempted. I therefore believe that God leads me to the paths of testing. Not because He wants me suffer, but because He wants to build and strengthen my character.
- What's the most difficult test you've ever had to surrender to?
- Whether you're in a test now or one is coming, what are some ways you can better with it?
